With the development of science and technology, production technology and modern and efficient management, many anti-static products have been launched on the market, such as anti-static table mats, anti-static wrist straps, and anti-static floors. These anti-static products require connection to the ground, and the balanced voltage of the ion fan is reliable to effectively release static electricity. However, whether the grounding is good and whether the residual voltage of the ion fan can effectively release static electricity has attracted people's attention and become a new static protection topic.
Based on the above problems, a multifunctional grounding monitoring system was developed, which can effectively monitor production equipment, anti-static wrist straps, anti-static mats, and ion fans in real time and provide intelligent voice broadcasts. The monitoring data can be recorded in real time on a PC through the upper computer software for easy management and review.
