Overview of Pre-buried Electrostatic Grounding Piles

The simplest and most effective way to eliminate equipment leakage is to take grounding measures. A reliable grounding pile should have at least three grounding points. Currently, vertical grounding, horizontal grounding and mixed grounding methods are more commonly used. The resistance of the grounding pile to the ground is related to the depth and width of the electrode. Therefore, during construction, it is necessary to refer to the actual construction environment, design a grounding plan, and use resistance reducing agents to make the resistance of the ground pile to the ground meet the standard requirements.

Electrostatic grounding construction process
  • Site Survey
    Understand the site environment, equipment layout, soil resistivity, etc., and develop a reasonable grounding plan.
  • Material preparation
    According to the design plan, prepare grounding electrodes, grounding wires, connectors and other materials.
  • Grounding electrode installation
    According to the design plan, drive the grounding electrode vertically into the ground and ensure that the grounding electrode is in good contact with the soil.
  • Grounding wire laying
    Connect the ground wire from the device to the ground electrode and make sure the connection is secure.
  • Connector Installation
    Use appropriate connectors to connect the ground wire to the grounding electrode and equipment, and ensure that the connection is in good contact.
  • Ground resistance test
    Use a ground resistance tester to measure the ground resistance and ensure that the ground resistance meets national standards.
  • Acceptance and delivery
    After the construction is completed, it will be inspected and put into use.
