Some points to note when wearing anti-static clothing
Anti-static clothing is a special work clothing. Compared with general work clothing, there are more things to pay attention to in wearing and management:
1. Anti-static work clothes generally do not use lining. If lining must be used, the exposed area should not exceed 20% of the total inner area of the clothing.
2. Different levels of anti-static clothing and different anti-static fabrics should be selected according to the sensitivity of the processing objects to static electricity in different occasions.
3. No metal accessories are allowed on anti-static work clothes.
4. Anti-static clothing should be put on and taken off in the designated dressing room. It should not be put on and taken off in the place where sensitive electronic components are operated, and anti-static clothing should not be taken out of the clean room.
5. Anti-static work clothes cannot be washed like ordinary clothes. Instead, they must be washed with a pH-neutral solvent in a dust-free environment using special cleaning equipment.
6. Anti-static clothing should be kept clean so that the anti-static function can be better maintained.
7. After wearing the anti-static clothing for a certain period of time, a resistance test should be carried out. If the anti-static performance does not meet the requirements, it cannot be used any further.
8. Choose a regular anti-static clothing manufacturer. When purchasing anti-static clothing, do not be greedy for cheapness, but also consider the actual production environment.
