Anti-static engineering construction and quality acceptance specifications

2024-11-06

"Anti-static Engineering Construction and Quality Acceptance Specifications"

Article 14.4.2 of GB 50944-2013: The grounding resistance value of the independent anti-static grounding system shall be less than 10Ω when there is no design requirement. For the shared grounding system, the minimum grounding resistance value of each type of grounding shall be used as the inspection and acceptance mark.

"Chemical Plant Equipment Layout Design Regulations Part 5: Design Technical Regulations"

HG/T 20546.5-2009 Article 22.2.3: In the following cases, special electrostatic grounding measures may not be taken:
1 When the metal conductor is electrically connected to the grounding system for lightning protection, electrical protection, stray current protection, electromagnetic shielding, etc.
2 When there is a tight mechanical connection between metal conductors such as buried metal structures, metal pipes, and steel bars of structures, and when there is sufficient electrostatic conductivity between the metal contact surfaces in any case.
3 When the metal pipe section has been cathodically protected.
4 For rotating equipment that already has lightning protection and electrical protection grounding systems, as well as equipment with tight mechanical connections and sufficient electrostatic conductivity on metal contact surfaces under any circumstances, it is not necessary to add electrostatic grounding, but this should be determined after consultation with electrical professionals.

Specification for Grounding Design of Petrochemical Instruments

Article 4.5.2 of SH/T 3081-2019: For equipment that has implemented protective grounding or working grounding, separate anti-static grounding is not required.

Article 3.4.2 of "Instrument System Grounding Design Specification" HG/T 20513-2014: Instruments and equipment that have been protected and grounded do not need to be anti-statically grounded.

"Electrical Installation Engineering Explosion and Fire Hazardous Environment Electrical Installation Construction and Acceptance Specifications"

Article 7.2.1.1 of GB 50257-2014: The anti-static grounding device of the equipment should be separated from the grounding device of the independent lightning rod to prevent direct lightning strikes, and can be combined with the grounding device of the lightning rod installed on the building to prevent direct lightning strikes.
